What does this change mean for you as an Arrival or MyCookieDough customer?

Most importantly we want you to know that the quality of the cookies and cookie dough you are used to will not change! We remain committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients available, including British butter, sugar, flour, and eggs, as well as Belgian chocolate and Sicilian pistachio spread. Our incredible ingredients are at the heart of what we do and we will never compromise on quality.

This partnership will also allow us to find new efficiencies at our bakery where we handmake each cookie to allow for more reliable deliveries, more flavour varieties, and very soon, the ability to build-your-own custom flavour boxes, along with the ability to select your preferred delivery date.

As a heads up, from September 2nd, 2024 Arrival’s website will redirect to MyCookieDough’s and all orders will be packed in MyCookieDough packaging. Arrival cookies and brownies will no longer be available, but MyCookieDough will be launching a brand new line of delicious, handmade stuffed cookies that are sure to satisfy all your cookie cravings.
